Sandra Tom Cibulskas '93 was a history major at Baldwin Wallace and a member of Alpha Phi sorority, Phi Alpha Theta history honorary, and Pi Sigma Alpha political science honorary. She also was selected as homecoming queen in 1991and earned many more accolades on the BW swimming and diving team. She is one of the best sprint freestylers to ever swim for the Yellow Jackets.
 
During each of her four years as a letter winner, Sandy was the Ohio Athletic Conference champion in the 50-yard freestyle. She was the first BW swimmer to qualify for the NCAA Division III National Championship meet since the College reinstated swimming in 1986, qualifying in both the 1990-91 and 1991-92 seasons. Sandy was BW's first women's Division III All-American swimmer when she earned that honor in the 1990-91 season. She held the school record in the 50-meter and 100-meter freestyle swims with times of 24.81 and 54.56 respectively.
 
Sandy graduated from BW in 1993 and received an MAEd in special education from B‑W in 2000.
