Very active on campus, Schramm-Fraser was a member of the Beta Sigma Omicron honorary as the recording secretary.  Band, Glee Club, Hikers Club, Social Club, Social Science Club, the Social Board, on the Women's League Cabinet, Education Club and Grindstone yearbook staff.  She also was a class vice-president for three years and was voted as the Most Popular Girl as a junior.

After graduation, Schramm-Fraser was married to Troy Fraser and served as a homemaker to her four children.  She began the Blue Bird Kindergarten and School and was the owner and operator from 1948 until 1953.

After moving to Oregon, Schramm-Fraser served as a supervisor at the Lane County Welfare Department before retiring in 1978.
