Brandon Hedges was a four-year letterwinner and All-Ohio Athletic Conference sprinter in track and field and a three-year letterwinner and All-OAC running back football. In football, Hedges appeared in 30 games and rushed for 2,635 yards on 570 carries with 31 touchdowns.  He also caught 48 passes for 436 yards  with two touchdowns, including a career-long 66-yard touchdown recpetion.  He was a three-time OAC Player of the Week, two-time Dick Miller Community Day Player of the Game, Bob Packard Outstanding Running Back, Al Koran Temple/ Shriners' Day Player of the Game and Frank Ropollo HomeComing Player of the Game awards winner.  Hedges is the school record holder for rushing attempts in a season with 225.  In track, he had career-best times of 6.78 in the indoor 55-meter dash and outdoor career-bests of 11.32 in the 100-meter dash and 23.07 in the 200-meter dash. Off the field and the track, he was a Dean's List student, Academic All-OAC performer and Clyde Lamb Award winner.  Today, Hedges is a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual.
