Thomas Clevidence '72 graduated from BW in 1972 and was inducted into the Alumni Athletic Association Hall of Fame in 1995.

During his college years, Tom Clevidence was a three-year varsity letter-man, captain of the wrestling team for two years, and won the Most Valuable Wrestler Award.  He was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, Sigma Delta Pi Spanish honorary and Dayton C. Miller.

Clevidence holds a master's degree in education from Kent State University and a law degree from Cleveland State University.

Clevidence worked in higher education at Kent State and B-W.  He then worked in the human resources departments of Society and Ameritrust corporations and the consulting division of Ernst & Whinney.  Currently, he is a senior managing director and directr of human resources and community affairs of McDonald & Company Securities, Inc.

He is a board member of The Cleveland Academy of Finance at East High School, a trustee of McDonald & Company Securities Foundation, an ambassador for the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges Cleveland Fund Raising Campaign, a director of Cleveland Athletic Club, a member of the board and executive committee of the Business Volunteerism Council, a member of the Towards Employment Fund Raising Committee, and a member of the SIA Diversity Ad Hoc Committee.
