Dave Miller was a two-time first-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference and two-time NCAA Division III wide receiver and punt returner.  Miller was the recipient of the BW Most Valuable Wide Receiver Award, the BW Mike Gregory Award, and Ohio Conference Football Offensive Lineman of the Year.  In his final season, he was the OAC leader in receiving as he set the BW record for receptions in a season with 52 in just eight games.  Miller was among the NCAA Division III leaders in punt returns during his junior and senior seasons. He once held the school record for career punt returns with 54, career yards returned with 657, and average yards per return with 12.7.  Miller also held the then Finnie Stadium record for receptions in a game with nine, which he did on two occasions.  He was a member of two OAC Championship teams and the Yellow Jackets had a record of 30-10 in his four seasons.
