Doug Haubert '90 was best known as one of the finest defensive linemen in Baldwin Wallace University history and earned Associated Press Little All-America (1988 and 1989), Pizza Hut (1988 and 1989) and Football Gazette (1989) All-American accolades. He was a two-time first-team All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection (1988 and 1989) and received both the Paul Hoernemann Award as the OAC's Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman was named the Cleveland Touchdown Club Player of the Year award winner in 1989.

In addition to his exploits on the gridiron at BW, Haubert was a business administration major and active in the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
