Henry Lewis '72 is a 1972 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace and was a standout in football and track. Lewis was elected in to the B-W Alumni Athletic Association Hall of Fame in 1990.

Lewis earned a total of seven letters while representing the Yellow Jackets in athletic competition.

In football, Lewis proved to be a vital part of the defense as a safety. The three-year letterman was twice named All-Ohio Athletic Conference on defense.

Henry's exploits on the track were even more dramatic. He was an OAC champion both indoors and outdoors and was the first triple crown winner. In 1972, Lewis anchored the 880 relay team that set an OAC record while also being the Cleveland College 220 and 440 yard dash champion. In addition, from 1970-1972, Henry was a member of the mile relay championship squad. He was the OAC's Most Outstanding Runner in 1971 and B-W's Outstanding Senior Athlete in 1972.

Lewis graduated from Baldwin-Wallace with a B.A. degree in 1972 and earned his master's degree from Nova University in 1985 with magna cum laude honors. Currently, Henry is the Regional General Manager for Ameritech Mobile Communications, Inc. He resides in Dublin, OH.
