Jodi Reimer '99, a native of LaGrange, Ohio and graduate of Keystone High School, was one of the most athletic volleyball and basketball student-athletes ever to play at the University. The 1999 BW Outstanding Female Athlete award winner was a three-year starter for the volleyball team and a two-year starter for the women's basketball team.  

In volleyball, Reimer was BW's top hitter for three years and had 913 career kills, 816 defensive digs and 312 blocks, including 223 block assists. She also was named as the 1996 Co-Rookie of the Year, tabbed as a second-team All-OAC player in 1997-98, first-team All-OAC and honorable mention All-Great Lakes Region as a senior in 1998-99 and earned Most Valuable Player honors as both a junior (1997 season) and senior (1998 season).  Four times she earned all-tournament recognition.

In basketball, Jodi started almost her entire freshman and sophomore seasons. An injury as a freshman and an illness as a sophomore are the only two things that sidelined her. She finished her career with 593 points, 262 rebounds, 114 assists and 105 steals. As a senior captain, Jodi helped the Yellow Jackets to a 26-2 overall and 17-1 record, their first-ever OAC Tournament and OAC regular season titles. She also led the Jackets to their fourth straight NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Tournament berth. Jodi's buzzer-beater shot in a 76-74 win against Otterbein College on February 16, 1999, earned the Compaq Shot of the Week award.
