Shawn Conley Bottcher graduated from BW in 1995 and was inducted into the Alumni Athletic Association Hall of Fame in 2005.

Running cross country, as well as both indoor and outdoor track, Shawn Conley dominated the track during her time at B-W. The College’s first woman All-American in cross country, she also was named All-OAC ten times. 

She was the OAC Cross Country Champion in 1994, and was named B-W’s  cross country MVP.  In track and field, she was the indoor track 1500-meter champion in 1995. Also, as a senior, Shawn was named B-W Outstanding Senior Female Athlete of the Year.  All in all, Shawn helped lead the B-W women to eleven OAC championships.

Shawn earned a bachelor’s degree in education.  She is now the head teacher at the Village Nursery School in Chagrin Falls.
