Daniel Delfino '81 graduated from BW in 1981 and was inducted into the Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998.

Daniel Delfino was recognized for his success on the football field, not only at Baldwin-Wallace but regionally and nationally as well.  A defensive end, he was a four-year letterman and a member of B-W's 1978 national championship team.  He was a first team, All-OAC in 1979 and 1980.

Delfino was a team captain in 1980, the same year that he was named the local college football player of the year by the Cleveland Touchdown Club.  He also was named Best Defensive Lineman in the OAC and B-W's defensive MVP.  Delfino was honored on a national level with a first-team spot on the Kodak All-American College football team.

Today, Delfino is a Managing Partner of a construction company, DreamsComeTrue LLC.

He and his wife Mindy have four daughters, Chelsea, Sierra, Daniella and Isabella, and reside in Hinckley, Ohio.
