Martha Dora '89 graduated from BW in 1989 and was inducted into the Alumni Athletic Association Hall of Fame in 1999.

Dora, was an award-winning athlete at Baldwin-Wallace College.  She was All-OAC in both indoor and outdoor track in various events including the 1600 meter relay, the 800 meter run, the 3000 meter run, and the 1500 meter run.  She received the OAC Cross Country Coaches Award for Most Outstanding Runner in 1987, and she was All-OAC for cross country.  Also in 1987, she participated in the National Collegiate Championship in cross country and she was a Clyde A. Lamb Scholar Athlete Nominee in 1989.  In 1988 and 1989, she was named an OAC All-Academic.  She was awarded two varsity letters in track.  Dora also played one year of basketball for B-W.

Martha graduated from B-W with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has continued her education and graduated in 1999 with a Master of Science degree in community nutrition from the University of Akron.  She is working as a dietician at the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.

She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, SCAN (Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists), Women-on Wheels Cycling Club and Lake Erie Wheelers Cycling Club.

Martha lives in Bay Village.
