ACADEMIC MAJOR: Exercise Science
BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Austin played his second season of football at Baldwin Wallace University. He contributed on the junior varsity team and was the team's most outstanding student as he continues to carry a perfect 4.0 grade point average. At the team's season-ending banquet, Austin received the Lee J. Tressel Academic Award.
ACADEMIC HONORS: At the team's season-ending 2013-2014 banquet, Austin received the Lee J. Tressel Academic Award. He is an outsyanding student who carries a perfect 4.0 grade point average and is a member of the Dean's List and Alpha Lambda Honor Society.
GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Austin played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. He saw playing time at linebacker on the junior varsity team. The BW varsity finished 7-3 overall.
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Austin played his second season of football and received his second certificate of participation. He played linenbacker on the junior varsity team. At the team's season-ending banquet, Austin received the Lee J. Tressel Academic Award. The BW varsity finished 6-4 overall.
As a junior in 2014-2015, Austin will play his third season of football and hopes to earn his first varsity letter. He will seek to gain varsity playing time at linebacker.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Austin Stephan grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from Upper St. Clair High School. Austin played football and baseball all four years. He earned three varsity letters in football and two in baseball.
Austin was a first team All-Conference selection for football in 2011-12.
