BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Sam Gordon played four seasons of football at Baldwin Wallace University (2010-2013). He earned two varsity letters and started a number of games at defensive end in 2013.
GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: Sam Gordon played four seasons of football and earned two varsity letters. He helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 28-12 record with a .700 winning percentage, including being ranked No. 24 in the final 2011 AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Division III national poll.
Individually, Sam played in 25 varsity games and recorded 65 total tackles, including 9.5 for losses of 30 yards and 3.5 quarterback sacks for minus 12 yards. He also had two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two deflected passes.
As a freshman in 2010-2-11, Sam played his first season of football and saw playing time on the junior varsity squad. He received a certificate of participation. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Sam played his second season of football and earned a certificate of participation. He split time between the defensive line and special teams. Sam played in five varsity games and recorded one solo tackle and had one forced fumble. BW finished 8-2 overall and was ranked 24th in the final AFCA Division III national pol.
As a junior in 2012-2013, Sam played in his third season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He played DE in all 10 games and recorded 28 total tackles, including 5.5 for a loss and three quarterback sacks. He also forced a fumble and recovered another. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a senior in 2013-2014, Sam played his fourth season of football and earned his second varsity letter. He started a number of games at defensive end and recorded a career-high 34 tackles, including 3.5 for loss and 0.5 QB sacks. He also forced a fumble and deflected two passes. BW finished 6-4 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Sam Gordon grew up in Broadview Heights, Ohio and graduated from Univertsity School. Sam played four years of football and wrestled for four years. He earned two varsity letters in each sport. Sam also played one season of soccer and earned a varsity letter.
