ACADEMIC MAJOR: Forensic Biology

BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a junior in 2013-2014, Darryl Jones played in his second season of football at Baldwin Wallace University and earned his second varsity letter. He was the starting tight end for the Yellow Jackets.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:  Darryl Jones has played two seasons of football and has earned two varsity letters. HE was the starting tight end for the Yellow Jackets in 2013-2014. He has played two seasons of football at BW and has helped it to a 13-7 record. Individually, Darryl has caught 14 passes for 172 yards with ione touchdown.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Darryl did not play football.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Darryl played his first season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He appeared in four games fat TE and caught four passes for 41 yards with one touchdown -- a 17-yarder. BW finished 7-3 overall.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Darryl played in his second season of football and earned his second letter. He played in all 10 games and had 10 receptions for 131 yards, including a career-long 32-yarder in a 30-7 loss at the University of Mount Union. In that game, he caught three passes for 60 yards. BW finished 6-4 overall.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMAION: As Junior in 2013-2014, Darryl will compete in his first season and look to earn his first Varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Darryl Jones grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Villa Angela-Saint Joseph High School. He played football and basketball for four years and ran track for two years. Darryl earned two varsity letters in each sport.

As a senior in 2010-2011, Darryl was named first-team All-North Coast League.
