ACADEMIC MAJOR: Exercise Science
BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a junior in 2013-14, James played in his third season of football at BW and earned his first varsity letter.
GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: James is off to a solid start to his football career thus far. BW has recorded a 15-5 record following his first two seasons sporting the Brown & Gold. He saw time on the junior varsity and will compete to earn a starting job as a safety in the future.
As a freshman in 2011-12, James competed in his first season of football for the Yellow Jackets and saw playing time on the junior varsity squad as a defensive back.
As a sophomore in 2012-13, James played in his second season of football and earned a certificate of participation for his efforts in the secondary on the junior vartsity team.
As a junior in 2013-14, James played in his third season of football and saw action on the varsity team at the defensive back position. He played in nine games and started i two. James made a total of 18 tackles for the season and also had one fumble recovery. He helped BW to a 6-4 overall record.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: James grew up in Akron, Ohio and attended Firestone High School. He played four years of football and earned two varsity letters. James also bowled for two years and earned one varsity letter.
