BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball jumps into the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Division III Top-25 poll, finding themselves at the 25th spot.
BW (11-3, 8-1 OAC) edges their way into the top-25 after a 1-1 record last week. The Yellow Jackets fell to John Carroll University by a 68-65 score before topping Wilmington College, 61-30. JCU is ranked at No. 8 in the WBCA poll.
The Yellow Jackets are also ranked in the D3hoops.com top-25 poll, moving down a few spots from last week's poll, slated at No. 14. BW is accompanied on that list by JCU at No. 10 and Marietta College at No. 19.
BW returns to play Wednesday, January 26 as it hosts Heidelberg University in a big OAC matchup. Tip-off against the Student Princes is set for 7:00 p.m. in Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center.
