DELAWARE, OHIO
– Freshman thrower Tyler Burdoff (Painesville/Riverside)
and sophomore sprinter Ryan
Weir (Lodi/Cloverleaf) closed out the 2013 outdoor
track and field season by competing at the unscored Ron Althoff
Meet hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University.
Burdoff placed fourth in
the shot put with a season-high mark of 50 feet and 11.5
inches and finished seventh in the hammer with a toss of
148-10.
Weir placed sixth in the
400-meter dash as he crossed the finish line at 52.52
seconds and took ninth in the 200-meter in a season-best time
of 23.31 seconds.
