BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse team hosted Ohio Athletic Conference opponent Muskingum University in its conference opener on the Tressel Field inside George Finnie Stadium. The Yellow Jackets claimed victory over the Fighting Muskies by a final score of 15-6.

BW (7-2, 1-0 OAC) was led by junior All-OAC attacker Jake Nanosky (Medina) who tallied four goals with one caused turnover. Senior attacker Olin Ferguson (Tulsa, Okla./Booker T. Washington) and senior attacker Kyler Byerly (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) recorded three goals each, while Byerly added three assists (totaling six points). Senior goalkeeper Joe Storner (Louisville, Ky./St. Xavier) made nine saves. 

Muskingum (4-4, 0-1 OAC) was led by Travis Geyer who had three goals. Trevor Connolly recorded 17 saves.

The Yellow Jackets return to action on Wednesday, March 29^th when they host crosstown rival John Carroll University in an OAC on the Tressel Field inside George Finnie Stadium. Action is set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
