Murphy Reaches Four-Time All-American Status at NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Baldwin Wallace University junior All-American distance runner Hope Murphy (Mogadore) earned her fourth career All-American honor at the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by Coastal Carolina (S.C.) University at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium.

Murphy placed eighth in the 1500-meter run finals in a time of 4:35.25, earning her second All-American honor of the academic year and the fourth of her career. She became the first BW female distance runner in modern history (cir. 1986) to earn four career All-American honors. This was Murphy's fourth appearance at the national level.
