BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Jerry Scholle played his freshman season of baseball at Baldwin Wallace University in the spring of 2013. He earned his first varsity letter.

GENERAL BASEBALL INFORMATION : As a freshman in 2012-2013, Jerry was a key contributor on the varsity. He played in 23 contests and started 12 as a utility outfielder. Jerry batted .282 (11-for-39) with nine runs scored, two doubles, six runs batted-in (RBI) and three stolen bases in four attempts. He had a perfect 1.000 fielding average (21 attempts) with a pair of assists. Jerry helped the Yellow Jackets tie the single-season school-record for wins with 27 and compile a 27-13 overall record.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Jerry is expected to battle for a starting role.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION: Jerry is a business administration and sport management major.

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Jerry Scholle grew up in Hinckley, Ohio and graduated from Medina Highland High School. He played four years of baseball and lettered four times. Jerry also played football for four years earning three varsity letters, and basketball for two years earning one letter.

In baseball as a senior, Jerry was named as a Northeast Ohio Conference first team performer. Following his junior season in football, he was an All-State selection.
