BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  As a senior in 2012-13, Will played his fourth season of baseball and earned his third varsity letter. 

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Will is a Dean's List student and a member of the Lamba Pi Eta Honor Society.

GENERAL BASEBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2009-2010, Will played in his first season of baseball earned a certificate of participation for his efforts. He saw playing time at first base and on the mound for the junior varsity squad.

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Will played his second season of baseball and earned his first varsity letter.  He appeared in six games out of the bullpen, amassing six and one-third innings. Will finished the season with a 2.84 earned run average and recorded seven strikeouts while batters hit only allowing hitters to bat .217 off of him. B-W finished 17-17.

As a junior in 2011-2012, Will played in his third season of baseball and earned his second varsity letter. Will appeared in three games on the year. He had an ERA of 11.57 over two and one-third innings pitched. Will recorded one punch out and surrendered three earned runs. He helped B-W win a school-record 27 games to go 27-13 on the year.

As a senior in 2012-13, Will played in his fourth season of baseball and earned his third varsity letter.  Will appeared in five games and stared one of them.  He had an ERA of 3.24 over eight and one-third innings pitched.  Will recorded eight punch outs and surrendered three earned runs.

DO YOU BELONG TO ANY OTHER CLUBS OR ORGANIZATIONS AT BW: Will is a member of B-W radio station, WBWC, 88.3 FM - The Sting. He is also a student assistant in the Sports Information Office.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Will Pantages grew up in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Firestone High School.  Will played four years of baseball and earned three varsity letters.  He also wrestled for four years and earned four letters.  In addition, he played soccer for two years, but did not letter.

In baseball as a senior, Will was named as a second-team All-Akron City Series performer.  Will was also slected as his team's Most Valuable Player, Best Defensive Player and Falcon Award winner for his outstandiing play on the field as a senior. Statistically, Will was 2-0 as a pitcher with two complete games, hit .385 at the plate with a .489 on-base percentage, 30 hits, six doubles, 24 runs, one home run and 12 runs batted-in. In wrestling, Will was a two-time runner-up in the Akron City Series. He was team captain as a senior, and posted a 28-14 mark that season. He finished his career with 45 wins.
