Woolf Named OAC Womens Golfer-of-the-Week

BEREA, OHIO -- Sophomore Emilee Woolf (Ravenna) has been named as OAC Women's Golfers-of-the-Week for their performance during the week of September 5-12, 2011.  This marks the second time that Woolf has earned the weekly honor.

Woolf earned her honor after finishing tied for 39th place at the at the St. Mary's (Ind.) College O'Brien National Invitational Tournament on September 11-12.  She carded rounds of 86 and 85 for a 171-stroke total on the par-72 and 5,824-yard Warren Golf Course layout on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.  The O'Brien Invitational is the most prestigious  invitational in small college golf as nine of the top-11 ranked teams in NCAA Division III golf were in the field.

The women's team next plays on Saturday, September 17 at The College of Wooster Fall Invitational at the Wooster Country Club.
