BEREA, OHIO  – FOLLOW Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball coach Cheri Harrer tonight at 8:00 p.m. on "Hoopsville" (http://www.d3hoops.com/hoopsville/index), a weekly college basketball show on the website D3hoops.com (www.D3hoops.com).  D3hoops.com is the foremost authority in Divisionn III basketball.

Listen as Hoopsville's" Dave McHugh talk with Coach Harrer about the Yellow Jackets ' upcoming Sectional Tournament/ "Sweet 16" game at undefeated and 29-0 Farleigh Dickinson (N.J.) University-Florham this Friday in Madison, New Jersey.

Joining BW in Madison will be perennial Division III powerhouse the University of Scranton (26-3) from Pennsylvania and Montclair State University (27-2) from New Jersey. The winners will meet on Saturday night with that winner advancing to the Division III Final Four at the University of Wisconsin- Steven's Point on Friday and Saturday, March 21-22.

The Yellow Jackets advanced to Madison by beating Lebanon Valley (Pa.) College, 66-48, in the first round last Friday, March 7 and then defeated host York (Pa.) College, 67-52, in the second round. 
BW is playing in its 12th NCAA Division III women's basketball tournament in the 24 years that Harrer (488-178) has coached the team. The Yellow Jackets advanced to the national tourney as an at-large selection and regular season co-champions of the OAC. The last time BW visited the "Sweet 16" was in 2006 when it won the Great Lakes Regional at BW and then beat Williams (Mass.) College in the Sweet 16" and then lost to host Scranton. 
 
In its two wins at York, BW was led by junior All-OAC forward Shari Mangas (Leipsic), who scored a team-high 15 points in each game. Two big keys were BW's depth and three-point shooting.
Generally, Harrer plays 12-to-13 student-athletes per game and at times 15 or 16  Fourteen players have played 18 or more games this season, and freshman guard Megan McKean (Jeromesville/ Northwestern) missed much of the first half of the season and has played in 13 of the past 15 contests.

Against Lebanon Valley, BW connected on 10 of 21 three-pointers and made 6 of 14 versus York. For the season, BW is 209 of 553 from beyond the arch for 37.8 percent, and four players, sophomore guard Alissa Munro (Mansfield/ Lexington), Mangas, senior three-time All-OAC forward Jessica Lairson (Louisville) and junior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC forward Audrey Smolik (Strongsville) have combined for 164 of the 209.
