BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a senior in 2013-2014, Jessica played in her fourth season of basketball at Baldwin Wallace and earned her fourth varsity letter.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  Jessica Lairson is a two-time All-OAC player, including earning first-team honors in 2012-2013.  She has earned all-tournament team honors four separate times during her career, including at the University Chuck Resler Tournament and at the BW Invitational Tournament during her senior season.  She also was an OAC Player of the Week pick as a junior. As a senior in 2013-2014, Jessica was named first team All Ohio Athletic Conference. Jessica scored 11.3 points per game and grabbed 5.7 rebounds.

ACADEMICS EXCELLENCE:  Jessica is a solid student who carries a 3.37 grade point average.

GENERAL BASKETBALL INFORMATION: Jessica completed her senior season of basketball in 2013-2014 and has earned four varsity letters. In four seasons, she has helped BW compile a 73-34 record. She has appeared in 107 games, including 99 starts, and averaged 10.5 points and 4.97 rebounds-per-game. Jessica has 1,123 career points, 532 rebounds, 120 steals, 122 assists, 103 three-pointers and 64 blocked shots.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Jessica played her first season of basketball and earned her first varsity letter.  She appeared in all 26 games, including 19 starts.  She was the third-leading scorer, averaging 8.7 ppg. to go along with 3.9 rpg.  Her best game came on January 24, 2011 when she scored a season-high 17 points against the University of Mount Union.  B-W finished 18-8 overall.

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Jessica played her second season of basketball and earned her second letter. She appeared in all 27 games, including 26 starts. She was the team's leading scorer, averaging 11.3 ppg. and first with 43 steals. In addition, she grabbed 3.9 rpg., recorded 36 assists and had 19 blocked shots. Jessica was named to the all-tournament team at the Manchester (Ind.) College MC Bankers Classic (Nov. 18-19, 2011).  She scored a career-high 26 points in a 78-58 victory over OAC and Cleveland crosstown rival, John Carroll University on February 8, 2012.  Jessica earned honorable mention All-OAC honorable honors. BW finished 17-10 overall.

As a junior in 2012-2013, Jessica played her third season of basketball and earned her third letter. She led the team in scoring at 11.0 ppg., grabbed a team-high 6.2 rpg. and had 35 steals, 29 assists, 28 three-pointers and 19 blocked shots. She was named to the all-tournament team at the Hope (Mich.) College Holiday Classic. Jessica also earned OAC Player of the Week honors on February 4 for her efforts in a 74-71 upset of No.19-ranked Mount Union and a 59-51 win at Wilmington College. She also earned first-team All-OAC honors. BW finished 16-9 overall.

As a senior in 2013-2014, Jessica competed in her fourth season of basketball and earned her fourth varsity letter. She started in all 29 games. Jessica averaged 11.0 ppg. and 5.8 rpg. and shot 41.7% (103-247) from the field, including 42.9% (33-77) from the three-point line. She also registered 36 assists, 26 steals and 13 blocks.  Jessica had a season-high 23 points in a 97-85 victory against John Carroll University on January 15, 2014 in Berea. She was named to the University of Rochester Chuck Resler and BW Invitational all-tournament teams. She earned first-team All-OAC honors for the second straight year. BW won the OAC regular season title (co-champs).

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Jessica grew up in Louisville, Ohio and graduated from Louisville High School. She played volleyball for four years and lettered three times, and she played basketball for four years and lettered four times.

Jessica was an All-Stark County, All-Northeastern Buckeye Conference and All-District pick in volleyball in 2008. In basketball, Jessica and a first-team All-NBC, All-County and All-District player in basketball.

In the classroom, Jessica was a first-team Academic All-Ohio Division I student-athlete.
