Today's Game
Today is the sixth game of the 2018 season for the Baldwin Wallace University football team as it hosts an Ohio Athletic Conference game against Muskingum University on Hall of Fame weekend.  BW and Muskingum are each coming off of their bye week. The Yellow Jackets defeated Capital University in its last game by a final score of 45-17 in Bexley.  Muskingum fell to #15 John Carroll University by a final score of 44-7.

Series Notes 
BW and Muskingum are meeting for the 62nd time on the gridiron. The Yellow Jackets hold a 46-13-2 all-time series lead, including winning 11 of the last 13 contests.  In the last 13 meetings, BW has outscored the Fighting Muskies by a margin of 362-181.   The series began in 1917 when Muskingum defeated the Yellow Jackets, 25-7, in New Concord.

BW Head Coach Jim Hilvert
Hilvert is in his second season at BW and has a record of 10-5 and an OAC slate of 8-5. He is 77-24 in his 10th overall season and is 1-0 against Muskingum.

Muskingum Head Coach Erik Ieuter: 
Ieuter is in his first season at Muskingum and his first overall season as a head coach.

Last Game vs. Muskingum -- Oct. 14, 2017
BW scored 23 points on 285 yards passing, 76 yards rushing and 361  total yards.  Muskingum scored 20  points on 240 yards passing, 29 yards rushing and 269 total yards.

Scouting the Yellow Jackets:
In week five of the season, BW scored 45 points on 282 yards rushing, 239 yards passing and 521 total yards.  Capital scored 17 points on 338 yards passing, minus 10 yards rushing and 328 total yards.  

BW Leaders: 
Offensively, senior quarterback Jake Hudson (East Lake, Fla.) has completed 90 of 141 passes for 979 yards with 10 touchdowns and two interceptions.  Sophomore running back Jon Murray, Jr. (Cincinnati/Withrow) leads the ground attack with 392 yards on 61 carries with four touchdowns. Senior wide receiver Jordan Leverette (Cleveland/John Adams) tops the receiving corps with 18 catches for 382 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, junior linebacker Josh Liberati (Lisbon/David Anderson) tops the squad with 28 tackles. Senior defensive end Wezlee Spence (North Canton/Hoover) is second with 26 stops but leads the team with 9.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 quarterback sacks.

Scouting the Fighting Muskies:
In week five of the season, Muskingum scored seven points on 170 yards passing, 54 yards rushing and 224 total yards.  John Carroll scored 44 points on 254 yards rushing, 159 yards passing and 413 total yards.

Muskingum Leaders: 
Offensively, sophomore quarterback Brady Hahn has completed 60 of 133 passes for 827 yards with four touchdowns and eight interceptions.  Hahn also is the top rusher as he has gained 230 yards on 54 carries with two touchdowns.  Sophomore wide receiver Terry Geiger leads the receiving corps with 18 catches for 319 yards and two touchdowns.  Defensively, senior linebacker Brandon Schon tops the team with 51 tackles and is tied for the team lead with one interception.  Junior All-OAC defensive end Tim Ousley is second with 39 stops but leads the team with nine tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
