BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Evan Francis competed in one season of wrestling at Baldwin Wallace University (2015-2016), but left the team before the end of the season.
GENERAL WRESTLING INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2015-2016, Evan competed in his only season of wrestling, but left the team before the end of the season. He is competed for mat time at either 141 or 149 pounds. Evan compiled a 5-7 record with four pins, five takedowns, one escape, one reveral and four near falls. BW reset the school-record for single-season wins with 18, compile an 18-8 overall and perfect 5-0 OAC record and an OAC title and place second at the 2016 NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Tournament.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Evan grew up in Jefferson, Ohio and graduated from Kirtland High School.
Evan wrestled for four years and earned four varsity letters. He also played one season of football and lettered. In wrestling, Evan was a four-time All-Chagrin Valley Conference performer and a three-time OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) state qualifier.
