BEREA, OHIO -- Baldwin Wallace University junior thrower Greg Patrick (Collins/Western Reserve) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Field Athlete of the Week for his performance at the BW Greater Cleveland College Championship Meet on Friday, February 20.

Patrick placed first in the shot put with a throw of 50-feet, 0.75 inches and finished second in the weight throw with a toss of 49-feet, 7.25 inches.

Patrick and the rest of the Yellow Jackets travel to Ada, Ohio on Friday, February 27, 2009 to compete at the weekly Ohio Northern University Friday Night Series Meet in the ONU Sports Center at 6:00 p.m.

BW then competes at the 2009 Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Meet on Friday and Saturday, March 6-7 at Capital University in Columbus. The meet begins on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and continues on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
