ADA, Ohio - The Baldwin Wallace University men's swimming and diving team dropped an Ohio Athletic Conference road dual meet against Ohio Northern University inside the ONU Sports Center.

BW (8-3) fell to Ohio Northern to a final score of 171-65

The Yellow Jackets individual highlights included:

• Sophomore Austin Kingsley (Northport, N.Y.) placed second in the 1,000-yard freestyle in a time of 10:28.89 and second in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 55.88 seconds
• Senior Austin Olsavsky (Medina) finished second in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 1:46.98 and fourth in the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 49.78 seconds
• Junior Mason Kooyman (Concord Township / Chardon) placed third in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 22.73 seconds
• Sophomore Tommie McQueary (Batavia/Bethel Tate) won the 400-yard individual medley in a time of 4:21.24 and second in the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 52.42 seconds
• Freshmen Jason Heisler (Saline, Mich. / Saline) finished second in the 1-meter dive with a total of 273.65 points
•  Freshmen Kevin Meyer (Mentor) placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 5:18.84
• Senior Alec McNeill (Avon Lake) finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:05.71

BW relays were highlighted by:

• The 200-yard medley relay squad of Kingsley, McQueary, sophomore Luke Minick (Stow / Archbishop Hoban) and Kooyman placed second in a time of 1:41.16
• The 200-yard freestyle relay team of Olsavsky, sophomore Tyson Swihart (Sarasota, Fla. / Sarasota Military Academy), sophomore Gavin Skwirut (Latrobe, Pa. / Greater Latrobe), and sophomore Will Bolin (Mansfield / Ontario) finsihed third in a time of 1:33.04

The Yellow Jackets return to action on Friday, January 27 when they close out the home portion of their schedule when they host a conference meet against John Carroll University at 6 p.m
