Poptic Garners First Career United Soccer Coaches All-Region Accolade

BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University and All-Ohio Athletic Conference senior midfielder Kenna Poptic (Dublin/Jerome) has been selected to the United Soccer Coaches Division III All-Great Lakes Region third-team for the first-time in her career.

Poptic now qualifies for the United Soccer Coaches All-America Team that will be announced on Thursday, December 5 in conjunction with their respective pre-championship banquets.

Poptic, who garnered her first career All-OAC accolade earlier this fall, led the team in points with a career-high 16 and led the squad and was second in the OAC in assists with a career-best 10.  She scored a career-high three goals, including a career-best two game-winners.

For her career, Poptic appeared in 74 career games with 45 starts.   She recorded six goals and added 15 assists for 27 points and had 45 shots. Poptic earned her fourth varsity letter.
