BALDWIN WALLACE INFORMATION:

SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a senior in 2011-12, Miles comepted in his fourth season of football and indoor and outdoor track for the Yellow Jackets and earned his first varsity letter in football and third in both indoor and outdoor track and field.  As a junior in 2010-2011, Miles competed in his third season of  football and indoor and outdoor track and field. He has earned two varsity letters in each indoor and outdoor track and field. 

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: Miles had a solid football career as a Yellow Jacket. B-W has recorded a 23-17 record during his four seasons in the Brown & Gold. He earned one varsity letter as a senior as he has appeared in 10 games throughout his career as a Yellow Jacket. During those 10 games, Miles recorded three tackles including one for a loss.

As a freshman in 2008, Miles played his first season of football and saw playing time at defensive tackle for the junior varsity squad.

As a sophomore in 2009,  Miles played in his second season of football and appeared in two varsity games. He also saw time on the junior varsity offensive line. For his efforts, Miles earned his second certificate of participation.

As a junior in 2010, Miles played in his third season of football, where he competed to earn a spot on the offensive line for  the Yellow Jackets, he saw playing time in four games on the offensive line. For his efforts, he earned his third certificate of participation.

As a senior in 2011, Miles  competed in his fourth season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He saw playing time in four games on the defensive line and recorded two solo tackles with one assisted tackle. Miles played a huge role in the Yellow Jackets success this season on and off the field. B-W finished with an 8-2 overall record.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION: Miles had a solid indoor track and field career. For his career, He had career bests throws of 48'06" in the weight throw and a throw of 51'00" in the shot put.  

As a freshman in 2009, Miles competed in his first season of indoor track.  Miles threw the shot put and the weight throw and recorded season bests of 42'8.75" in the shot and 39'6" in the weight throw.

As a sophomore in 2010, Miles competed in his second season of indoor track.  Miles threw the shot put and the weight throw recording bests of 46'10.75'' in the shot and 42'5.50" in the weight throw.  

As a junior in 2011, Miles competed in his third season of indoor track. He had two personal best marks this season. With a throw of 46'8.00" in the weight throw and 49'6.50" in the shot put.

As a senior in 2012, Miles compete in his fourth season of indoor track and field. He had career bests with a throw of 48'06" in the weight throw and a throw of 51'00" in the shot put. 

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION: Miles had a solid indoor track and field career. For his career, He had career bests throws of  135'5" in the hammer throw, a throw of 134'00" in the discus and a throw of 51'11.25" in the shot put.   

As a freshman in 2009, Miles competed in his first season of outdoor track and field and earned his first varsity letter.  Miles recorded a season-best throw of 42'8.25" in the shotput which earned him sixth place at the OAC Split Meet East.  Miles also posted season-bests of 121'7" in the discus and 125'1" in the hammer.

As a sophmore in 2010, Miles competed in his second season of outdoor track and field.  Miles placed sixth at the OAC Championships in the shot put when he posted a personal best mark of 49'7.25". 

As a junior in 2011, Miles competed in his third season of outdoor track.  He set career-best marks in all three events he participated in this season.  In the shot put, Miles recorded a mark of 52'11.50" at the OAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.  In the discus, Miles hit a mark of 132'01" at the OAC Gold Split Meet.  In the hammer, Miles recorded a mark of 137'00" at the Marv Frye Invitational.  

As a senior in 2012, Miles competed in his fourth season of outdoor track and field and earned his third varsity letter. He had career bests with a throw of 135'5" in the hammer throw, a throw of 134'00" in the discus and a throw of 51'11.25" in the shot put.
