Senior Diver Todd Richert Ends Career As Eight Time All-American with 15th Place Finish

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Baldwin Wallace University senior diver Todd Richert (North Royalton) placed 15th in the three-meter diving event today (Saturday March 26, 2011) at the NCAA Division III National Championship Meet in Knoxville, Tennessee. By placing 15th, Richert earned his school-record eighth Division III All-American honor.

Richert scored 429.00 points in the finals to finish in 15th place. He scored 427.80 points in the preliminary round.  In addition, Richert finished a career-best fifth in the one-meter event on Thursday night (March 24).
 
Besides Richert, BW four-time women's All-American diver Julie Pinter (Broadview Heights/Brecksville-Broadview Heights) finished sixth in the three-meter event on Wednesday night (March 23) and fourth in the one-meter event on Friday night (March 25).
