BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Brandon Eddy will compete in his fourth season of track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. He has earned three varsity letters and received All-American honors at the 2012 NCAA Division III National Indoor Track & Field Championship Meet in the heptathlon.

ATHLETIC HONORS:  Brandon holds the BW school indoors record in the pole vault with a vault of 16-feet. Brandon earned his first All-America accolade at the 2012 NCAA Division III National Indoor Track & Field Championship Meet where he finished fourth in the heptathlon and scored 4,928 points. In 2012, Brandon was named the USTTCCLA Great Lakes Regional Field Athlete of the Year.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK NOTES:  Brandon enters his senior season competing in multi-events. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 78-11 record in his time competing in the Brown and Gold.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Brandon competed in his first season of indoor track and earned his first varsity letter. He had season bests of (15' 5.00") in the pole-vault along with a mark of (6' 5.50") in the High Jump. At the All-Ohio Meet, he won the pole-vault again by tieing his 2011 indoor mark of (15' 5.00"). At the 2011 OAC Championship Meet, Brandon did not compete.

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Brandon is competing in his second season of indoor. He broke the school indoor pole vault record with a jump of 16'0" at the B-W Mid-January Meet on Jan. 20 and was subsequently named as the OAC Field Event Athlete of the Week. Brandon scored 5,065 points at the University of Akron Multi-Event Meet on Feb. 3 to compile the top score in NCAA Division III (as of Feb. 14, 2012). He subsequently was named as the OAC Field Event Athlete of the Week for the second time.  At the 2012 All-Ohio Meet, he high jumped a career-best 6'7.75" and pole vaulted 15'1" to win both events. He was tabbed as the OAC Field Event Athlete of the Week for the third time in four weeks. Brandon recevied all OAC by placing 2nd in the high jump with a mark of  6' 7" and in the pole vault with a mark of 15' 2.25".  Brandon also competed at the 2012 NCAA Division III National Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Grinnell (Iowa) College. He earned All-America honors and placed fourth in the heptathlon where he scored 4,928 points. Brandon also competed in the pole vault where he finished in 11th place with a vault of 15'3.5".

As a junior in 2012-2013, Brandon did not compete in the indoor track and field season.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK NOTES:  Brandon enters his senior season competing in multi-events. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 74-6 record in his time competing in the Brown and Gold.

As a freshman, Brandon competed in his first season of outdoor track and earned his first varsity letter.  His  2011 Outdoor bests were (15' 9.25") in the pole-vault along with a jump of (6' 4.00") in the high jump. At the All-Ohio Meet, Brandon had another winning mark in the pole-vault of (15' 3") combined with a sixth place finish in the high jump of (6' 1.50"). At the OAC Championship Meet, he finished third in the pole-vault with a mark of (14' 7.25").

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Brandon did not compete in the spring season due to injury.

As a junior in 2012-2013, Bradon competed in his second season of outdoor track and field.  He was BW's only pole vaulter during the season and set a season-best jump of 15'1."  Brandon also holds the team's second-best record of the season in both the 110-meter hurdles (16.30 seconds) and the javelin throw (159'4"). His javelin throw is also a personal record set that was set at the OAC East Split event.

As a senior in 2013-2014, Brandon will look to compete in his fourth track and field season and looks to earn his fourth varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Brandon grew up in Valley View, Ohio and graduated from Cuyahoga Heights High School. He played football for four years and earned three varsity letters. Brandon also competed in track for four years and earned four varsity letters.

Brandon was All-Confrence in the pole vault, high jump and 110-meter hurdles during the 2008, 2009 and 2010 seasons. He also named All-Ohio at States when he placed second in the pole vault event and seventh in the high jump event. Brandon was named All-Confrence in 2010 for football and placed fifth in the high jump event during the Indoor State Track Meet. His best performances came at a mark of 15' in the pole vault event and 6'4" in the high jump event.
