BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Gabe Buehner will compete in his second season of cross country and track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. He has earned one varsity letter in cross country and one Certificate of Participation in track for his efforts last season.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  Gabe enters his sophomore season as one of six returning second-year runners looking to improve on the Yellow Jackets 31-53 record last season. Look for Gabe to also improve on his personal-best marks and earn his second varsity letter.

As a freshman in 2012-2013, Gabe competed in his first season of cross country and earned his first varsity letter. He ran his best 8K race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble where he finished 211th out of 275 total runners with a time of 27:48.00. Gabe also competed at the season-ending Ohio Athletic Conference Championships where he finished 91st out of 147 total runners when he crossed the finish line in a mark of 28:23.4.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Gabe will look to compete in his second season of cross country and will look to earn his second varsity letter.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Gabe enters his sophomore season competing in the 1000-meter and one-mile distance races . He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 37-12-1 record in his time in the Brown and Gold. Look for Gabe to earn his first varsity letter in track this season.

As a freshman in 2012-2013, Gabe competed in his first season of indoor track and field and earned a Certificate of Participation. He set season-bests in the 1000-meter run (2:49.93) at the Mid-January Meet and the one-mile run (5:02.18) at the Fighting Scots Invitational.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Gabe will look to compete in his second season of track and field and will look to earn his first varsity letter.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Gabe enters his sophomore season competing in the 800-meter and 1500-meter distance races. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 32-4 record. Look for Gabe to earn his first varsity letter in track this season.

As a freshman in 2012-2013, Gabe competed in his first season of outdoor track and field and earned a Certificate of Participation. He set season-bests in the 800-meter run (2:06.02) at the Marv Frye Invitational and the 1500-meter run (4:16.89) at the OAC East Split meet.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Gabe will look to compete in his second season of track and field and will look to earn his first varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Gabe grew up in Parma, Ohio and graduated from Parma Senior High School.
