BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Jarod Conrad will compete in his second season of track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. As a freshman in 2011-2012, Jarod played in his only season of football and earned a Certificate of Participation. As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Jarod decided to join the track team and earned a varsity letter.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:  Jarod has decided to end his football career at BW following his only season competing on the team.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Jarod competed in his first season of football for the Yellow Jackets. Despite appearing in one varsity game, Jarod saw the majoirty of his paying time on the junior varsity as a defensive back.

As a sophomore in 2012-13, Jarod did not play in his second season of football.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Jarod enters his junior season competing in hurdle and relay races. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 37-12-1 record during his only season in the Brown and Gold.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Jarod competed in his first season of indoor track and field. He is on both the 4x200-meter and 4x400-meter record-best relay teams at BW which hold a mark of 1:31.26 and 3:31.43, respectively.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Jarod will look to play in his second season of indoor track and field while looking to earn his second varsity letter.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Jarod enters his junior season competing in throwing events and hurdle and relay races. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 32-4 record during his only season in the Brown and Gold.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Jarod competed in his first season of outdoor track and field. He holds the team record for the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 55.49. Jarod is also on both the 4x200-meter and 4x400-meter record-best relay teams at BW which hold a mark of 1:32.87 and 3:20.47, respectively.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Jarod will look to play in his second season of outdoor track and field while looking to earn his second varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Jarod grew up in West Lafayette, Ohio and graduated from Ridgewood High School.

Jarod competed in four years of track and earned four letters. He also competed in four years of football and wrestling and earned two letters in each.

In football as a senior, Jarod was named All-Inner Valley Conference, All-East District and All-Ohio defensive back. In wrestling as a senior, he earned All-Inner Valley Conference honors. As a senior in track, Jarod was named the 2011 IVC Runner of the Year and selected as an All-Ohio first-team performer.
