Men’s Golf Finishes Seventh at Rained Shortened and Fall Finale OAC Fall Invitational

HARROD, Ohio –The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team closed out the fall portion of is schedule as it placed seventh at the rain shortened Ohio Athletic Conference Fall Invitational hosted by Ohio Northern University at the Colonial Golfers Club.

The invitational was originally scheduled for two-days and 36-holes but was shortened to one day and 18-holes as heavy rains washed out Friday's first round.

BW was seventh of nine teams with 317 strokes on the par-72 and 6,886 Colonial-layout.  John Carroll University was the champion with 303 strokes. 

The Yellow Jackets were led by senior Hunter Miller (Frankfort/Adena) and freshmen Logan Bratsch (Olmsted Falls) and Roni Shin (Rocky River) as the trio each carded rounds of 79. Junior Jimmy Clark (North Olmsted) posted a round of 80.  Rounding out the top five was junior Ben Ladaika (Erie, Pa./Erie Cathedral Prep) as he tallied a round of 80.

BW returns to action in March of 2019 when it begins the spring portion of its schedule during its annual spring break trip.
