Mike Turchan was a three-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection, two-time All-Mideast region pick and the OAC Freshman of the Year in baseball. The Mayfield Heights, Ohio native hit .385 for his career with 23 home runs and 121 runs batted-in (RBIs). He also had a record of a 12-8 with five saves and 122 strikeouts in 164 innings pitched. Academically, Turchan was a three-time Academic All-OAC selection and a College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-American. Today, he is the head softball coach and assistant girls junior varsity basketball and baseball coach at North Cobb High School in Kennesaw, Georgia. He resides in Smyrna, Georgia.
