As a diver, Justine Waugh Tinline '94 compiled an impressive record with the Yellow Jacket swim team. She set three school-records for one-meter, three-meter and one-meter voluntary dives. She earned three letters for diving and, in her senior year, qualified for the NCAA Division III championships due to a record 385.80 points in the one-meter dive at the Cleveland College Quadrangle meet at Cleveland State University.

Following graduation, Justine, an education major, coached diving at Fairview High School for 10 years.
