ASHLAND, Ohio - The Baldwin Wallace University men's outdoor track and field team competed at the Ashland University Alumni Open inside Dwight Schar Athletic Complex. The meet was unscored. 

The Yellow Jackets individual events highlights included:

• Senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference hurdler ShaDaryll Clark II (Brook Park / Berea-Midpark) was the runner-up in the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 14.67 seconds

Field events highlighted:

• Sophomore All-OAC high jumper Christian Pfeiffer (Amherst) won the high jump with a mark of 6' 7.25"
• Sophomore Thomas Hickman (Oxford / Talawanda) placed third in the discus throw with a distance of 151' 8"
• Sophomore Kaleu Tellas (Indianapolis, Ind. / International School of Indiana) placed sixth in shot put with a mark of 9' 0.25"
• Junior John Haberman (Hamburg, N.Y. ) placed 10th in hammer throw with a mark of 151' 5"

The Yellow Jackets are back in action Thursday, May 4th when they travel to Mount Union to compete in the two-day OAC Outdoor Championships.
