KALAMAZOO, Michigan – Baldwin Wallace University men's tennis junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC player Matt McGee (Ottawa Hills) and sophomore All-OAC player Will Horvath (Oregon /Clay) competed last weekend at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Regional Championships hosted by Kalamazoo College inside Stowe Stadium. 

Doubles

• McGee/Horvath defeated Alex Fleming and Lucas Preston of Kalamazoo – 8-6
• McGee/Horvath fell to Derek Hsieh and Andrei Leonov of the University of Chicago (Ill.) – 8-5

Singles

• McGee fell to Liam Greenon of Wabash (Ind.) College – 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, 9-11
• Horvath fell to Tharakesk Ashokar of Wabash (Ind.) – 3-6, 6-1, 6-10 

BW closes out the fall portion of its 2023-24 schedule when it travels to Washington, Pennsylvania for a pair of rescheduled non-conference matches against Washington and Jefferson College and Penn State Behrend College inside the Janet Swanson Tennis Center at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
