BW Men Fall to Penn State Behrend, 182-106

BEREA, OHIO – The Baldwin Wallace University men's swimming and diving teams fell to Penn State Behrend University today in the BW Natatorium inside the Lou Higgins Center.

The BW men, now 0-6 overall, lost to the PS-Behrend men with a score of 182-106.

The BW men were led by freshman Justin Allison (Napoleon) who won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.11. 

In addition, sophomore Bryan Gerber (Sagamore Hills / Nordonia) placed first in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:24.31. Freshman Steven Curry (Bloomfield Hills, Mich. / Wylie E. Groves) won the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:10.07.

Along with these individuals, the 400-yard Medley Relay team consisting of Curry, Gerber, freshman Nathan Onchuck (9 Darien, Ill. / Hinsdale South), and Allison placed first with a winning time of 3:48.36. 

The Yellow Jackets are idle now until November 30 when they travel to Fredonia, New York to compete at the 3-day (Nov. 30 through December 2) Fredonia State Blue Devil Invitational Meet.
