BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's swimming and diving teams opened the 2013-2014 season by losing to visiting Ohio Wesleyan University in the BW Natatorium in the Lou Higgins Center.
The BW men lost to Ohio Wesleyan by a score of 149-69.
The men were led by sophomore Justin Allison (Napoleon), who won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 22.74 seconds; junior Bryan Gerber (Sagamore Hills), who won the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:07.16; and freshman Jacob Burk (Bowling Green), who won the 1000-yard freestyle in 10:22.46.
The Yellow Jackets return to action tomorrow afternoon when they open 2013-2014 Ohio Athletic Conference action against Wilmington College in the BW Natatorium at 4 pm.
