Baldwin-Wallace's John McGraw Named OAC Offensive Player of the Week

BEREA, OHIO -- Baldwin-Wallace College football junior running back John McGraw (North Ridgeville) has been named as the Ohio Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts during the Yellow Jackets' 34-13 victory over Marietta on Saturday (September 26, 2009).

McGraw, who earned the Dick Miller B-W Outstanding Player of the Game award, rushed for a career-high 151 yards in 21 attempts, including a 24-yard second quarter touchdown gallop.  For the season, McGraw is BW's leading runner with 221 yards in 37 attempts (6.0 yards per carry) with four TD. He also is the team's leading receiver with nine catches for 68 yards.

This Saturday, October 3, McGraw and the Yellow Jackets travel to Alliance to play Mount Union College at 7:00 p.m. Following that game, B-W will play back-to-back home games versus Otterbein College on Saturday, October 10 at 2:00 p.m. and then versus Muskingum College on Saturday, October 17 at 1:30 p.m.
