Women’s Volleyball Ends Season in OAC Tournament Semifinals

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's volleyball team ended its season as it fell to Otterbein University in an Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament semifinal match by scores of 19-25, 27-25, 15-25 and 22-25 inside the Rike Center.

BW (14-6) had three players recorded double figures in kills led by senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC right side hitter Alexis Garrett (Mentor) with 12. Junior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC outside hitter Ivy Earl (Howell, Mich.) and junior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC outside hitter Cecelia Stebel (Union/Northmont) each had 11 kills. Sophomore middle hitter Isa Luciano (Willoughby/South) contributed nine kills. Senior All-OAC setter Kathleen Egan (Cleveland/Beaumont) set up the offense with 38 assists. Senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC libero Sarah Reinhard (Willoughby/South) anchored the defensive unit with a match-high 18 digs.

Egan ends her illustrious career ranked fourth on the school's all-time assists list with 3,241.  Reinhard concludes her stellar career ranked fourth on the school's all-time digs list with 1,844.
