ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's volleyball team  swept an Ohio Athletic Conference doubleheader against the University of Mount Union inside the McPherson Academic  and Athletic Complex.

BW (11-5, 11-5 OAC) won the first match by scores of 25-20, 25-18 and 25-19.  The Yellow Jackets completed the sweep by scores of 26-24, 25-14 and 25-23. 

Match 1
The BW offense was led by junior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC outside hitter Ivy Earl (Howell, Mich.) with a match-high 14 kills.  Senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC right side hitter Alexis Garrett (Mentor) and sophomore middle hitter Isa Luciano (Willoughby/South) each added 11 kills. Senior All-OAC setter Kathleen Egan (Cleveland/Beaumont) set up the offense with a match-best 37 assists.  Senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC libero Sarah Reinhard (Willoughby/South) anchored the defense with a match-high 17 digs. Junior Academic All-OAC defensive specialist Morgan Martin (Seven Hills/Trinity) and Isabella Moskowitz (Brighton, Mich.) contributed 13 and 12 digs.   Egan and Earl rounded out the defensive unit with 10 digs apiece. 

Match 2
Junior Academic All-OAC outside hitter Cecelia Stebel (Union/Northmont) led the offensive unit with a match-best 14 kills.  Earl added 11 kills.  Egan ran the offense with a match-high 37 assists.  Reinhard patrolled the back line with a match-high 28 digs.

The Yellow Jackets close out the regular season with an OAC doubleheader on Friday, April 19 against Marietta College in the Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 6 p.m.
