ACADEMIC MAJOR: Exercise Science

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Issac Reed played four seasons season of football at Baldwin Wallace University and earned four varsity letters. The 2015 All-Ohio Athletic Conference running back and 2014 BW Bob Packard Most Outstanding Offensive Back Award-winner started for three seasons and is among BW's all-time leading rushers.

ACADEMICS:  Issac was a strong student who maintained a 3.1 grade point average.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  As a junior in 2014-2015, Issac was the co-Dick Miller Community & Family Day Most Outstanding Player award-winner (with senior linebacker Danny O'Brien '15) in a 32-20 win versus Bluffton University on Sept. 13, 2014. At the team's season-ending banquet, he received the Bob Packard Outstanding Offensive Back Award.

As a senior in 2015-2016, Issac earned honorable mention All-OAC honors. was a team captain.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:  Issac played four years of football, earned four varsity letters, earned All-OAC honors and was one of the best and most versiltile running backs in BW history. The four-year contributor and 2015 team captain helped the Yellow Jackets to compile a 25-15 record with a .625 winning percentage.

Individually, the three-year starter and four-year contributor ran for 2,173 career yards in 378 attempts with 18 touchdowns, caught 22 passes for 141 yards and a TD and returned 10 kickoffs for 24.4-yard average. 

As a freshman in 2012-2013, Issac played his first season of football and received his first varsity letter. He played in all 10 games and split time with Tyler Lohr '13 and Nolan Sordyl '14 at running back. He carried the ball 45 times for 266 yards with two touchdowns. He also returned five kickoffs for a 20.6-yard average, including a 52-yarder. BW finished 7-3 overall.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Issac played his second season of football and earned his second letter. He again split time at RB with Nolan Sordyl '15. Issac ran for 442 yards in 90 attempts with four TD's. He had a season-high 101 yards on 15 attempts with two TD's in a 31-7 win at Marietta College on Nov. 2, 2013. He also caught two passes for five yards and returned five kickoffs for a 28.2 yard average. BW finished 6-4 overall.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Issac played his third season of football and earned his third letter. He was the starter at RB. Issac was the co-Dick Miller Community & Family Day Most Outstanding Player award winner (with senior linebacker Danny O'Brien '15) in a 32-20 win versus Bluffton University on Sept. 13, 2014. He accounted for 176 all-purpose yards as he ran for a career-high 137 yards in 25 attempts with a TD and caught four passes for 39 more yards. For the season, Issac carried the ball a team-leading 148 times for a team-high 876 yards and three TD's. He also caught 15 passes for 131 yards and another TD. At the team's season-ending banquet, he received the Bob Packard Outstanding Offensive Back Award. BW finished 5-5 overall.

As a senior in 2015-2016, Issac played his fourth season of football and earned his fourth letter. The team quad captain and honorable mention All-OAC selection started running back for the third straight year. Issac represented BW as one of its two student-athletes at the 2015 OAC Media Day at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. He ran for 589 yards in 95 attempts with nine TD’s and caught four passes. BW finished 7-3 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Issac Reed lll grew up in Lehigh Acres, Florida and graduated from Lehigh High School.

Issac played football all four years and earned three letters. In addition, he ran track for four years and earned four varsity letters and played basketball for three years and received three varsity letters.

In football, Issac earned second-team All-Conference honors as both a senior and sophomore.

In track, Issac was the team Most Valuable Performer as a sophomore.
