BEREA, Ohio - Get to know sophomore goalkeeper Patrick Mehal (Richfield/Revere). This season, Mehal appeared in 10 games with nine starts in goal, made a team-high 52 saves and recorded the team's only shutout of the season. 

Why did you pick your major?

I picked Public Health and Innovation in Entrepreneurship since I want to pursue a career as a chiropractor and can see myself owning my own practice someday. 

If you could pick one super power, what would it be and why?

If I were to have one super power, it would be to fly since I want to get over my fear of heights. What better way to do that than to actually fly. 

If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

I would love to go to Jamaica or any other semi-tropical island where I can lay out on a beach and relax. 

What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?

Don't take things so seriously. 

What are some of your hobbies?

I play soccer, longboard, poker and graphic design.
