BEREA, Ohio – Looking to build off a COVID-19 shortened 2020 season, Head Coach Brian Harrison, Baldwin Wallace University baseball and the Ohio Athletic Conference have announced their 2021 schedule.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Yellow Jackets and the rest of the OAC will play a conference-only schedule. Each weekend will feature home-and-home doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday beginning on March 13.

The Yellow Jackets open their season with doubleheaders against John Carroll University on March 13 and 14. The Yellow Jackets will host the back end of the set for their home opener at 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.

To end the month of March, the Yellow Jackets will do battle against Wilmington College on March 20-21 and Heidelberg University on March 27-28. April competition features plenty of baseball, including clashes with Otterbein University on April 2-3, a rematch with John Carroll on April 10-11, Marietta College on April 17-18 and Ohio Northern University on April 24-25.

The season will conclude with a number of hotly contested battles in the month of May. The Yellow Jackets will square off with Capital University from May 1-2, the University of Mount Union from May 8-9 and then end the regular season against Muskingum University on May 15-16.

Following the final week of play, the OAC baseball tournament will take place from May 20 to May 22 and will be a double elimination event, hosted by the regular season champions.
