BEREA, Ohio -- Baldwin Wallace University Head Men's Wrestling Coach Jamie Gibbs is thrilled to announce that 16 new student-athletes will continue their wrestling careers as Yellow Jackets.
Coach Gibbs, who enters his 13th season at BW, returns the defending NCAA Division III 149-pound National Champion, 21 letterwinners, six All-Ohio Athletic Conference performers and seven Academic All-OAC selections from last year's squad that won its third straight OAC Championship, placed third at the NCAA Division III Championships and had an overall record of 18-2 with a perfect 7-0 record in the OAC.

The Yellow Jackets open the 2023-24 season on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 3 and 4 when they travel to Ithaca, New York to compete in the Ithaca College Invitational. BW opens home action on Saturday, Nov. 18 as it hosts the BW Invitational inside the Lou Higgins Center Fieldhouse.
