Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Announces 2023-24 Schedule

BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University men's and women's swimming and diving head coach Laura Demaline has announced the 2023-24 schedule

BW will host three dual meets, including two Ohio Athletic Conference showdowns, as well as a three-day invitational.  The Yellow Jackets will hit the road for seven dual meets, including three OAC clashes, and one neutral site meet.

The Yellow Jackets open the home, season and OAC schedule on Saturday, October 14 when they host a dual match against Wilmington College in the BW Natatorium inside the Lou Higgins Center.  BW remains at home when it hosts a non-conference dual meet against NCAA Division II Notre Dame College on October 20.  BW closes out the opening month of the season when it travels to Fredonia, New York for a non-conference meet against Fredonia University on October 28. 

The Yellow Jackets open the second month of competition on November 3 when they travel to Canton for a non-conference meet against NCAA Division II Malone University.  BW stays on the road when it travels to Delaware for a non-conference meet against Ohio Wesleyan University and Heidelberg University on November 4.  The Yellow Jackets continue their road trip when they travel to Alliance for an OAC meet against the University of Mount Union on November 11. BW closes out the second month when it co-hosts the Blue Devil Invitational with Fredonia University on November 17-19.

The Yellow Jackets begins December as it hosts a non-conference meet against Bluffton University and an OAC dual against newest member Heidelberg University on December 2.  BW ends the 2023 portion of its schedule on December 17 when it takes on Randolph Macon (Va.) University in a dual meet as part of their annual winter break training trip to Sarasota, Florida.

In 2024, the Yellow Jackete will compete in three final dual meets, including two OAC matchups.  BW opens the final portion of the schedule when they travel to Wooster for a non-conference meet against The College of Wooster on January 13.   The Yellow Jackets close out the home season when they host an OAC and Seniors Night meet against Ohio Northern University on January 20.   BW closes out the regular season when it travels to University Heights for an OAC meet against crosstown rival and defending OAC Champion John Carroll University on January 26.

The OAC Championships hosted by Wilmington College will be contested on February 14-17 at the Ocasek Natatorium.
