Brennan Posts Season’s Third School Record at Buckeye Tune Up

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Baldwin Wallace University junior outdoor All-American distance runner Kelly Brennan (Akron/Walsh Jesuit) broke her third school record of the indoor season when she competed at the Buckeye Tune Up, hosted by The Ohio State University inside the French Fieldhouse.

Already owning the indoor 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter school records, Brennan won the 800-meter run in a time of 2:14.03, improving on the previous school record by just 0.04 seconds. Brennan's time currently ranks 11th in NCAA Division III at the time of the meet.

Senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference sprinter Grace Nemeth (Medina) also competed at the Buckeye Tune Up as she placed third in the 200-meter dash in a time of 25.81 seconds.

BW returns to the track on Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Raider Tune Up, hosted by the University of Mount Union beginning at 12 p.m. inside the McPherson Academic & Athletic Complex.
